This past weekend my family was trying to find a safe activity our family could participate in. After careful research, we decided going to our local community pool would be a good solution. I was very impressed with front office staff, maintenance staff, and fellow community members. The administrative personnel from Parkside at Town Center has gone to extreme measures to ensure the safety of all residents. The administration has implicated new safety and sanitation measures. My fellow residents have maintained social distancing within the pool area, and while in the pool. Thank you for caring about one another. I truly love my community !

I would like to thank Merical and the staff for putting together such a brilliant idea as the community yoga class. What a great way to bring the community together. Please continue to have this class more often!

I want to brag on a super employee you have working at the Parkside at Town Center property. From the beginning of our first day of moving in to the current time, she is always kind and courteous. She is very helpful and willing to help me with my needs. She receives my complaint and then acts on it to get it resolved. She will make a phone call and has made a phone call to make a contractor fulfill his obligation. This outstanding employee of Parkside is “Cynthia Vega”. Cynthia is not only an employee, she is also a valuable asset to Bridge Properties and to the residents of Parkside at Town Center.

Viewed the apartment homes today, applied and was already pre-approved. Cynthia was the leasing agent who assisted me with the process. All I can say is that she is amazing, professional, courteous and very welcoming. I know I am going to love my new home...Thank you Cynthia!

I experienced a genuine professional service from Parkside at Town Center, along Cobb Parkway. I cannot speak highly enough of the service Cynthiavega offered compared to other apartment complex. She was very professional and helpful during my dealings with her. Cynthia Vega has been wonderful. My wife & I live out of state & have been looking to re-locate. Cynthia was our first impression of Parkside at Town Center as we visited during a quick weekend getaway. The best quality she models is a "can do" approach. In my opinion, this is VERY important to the draw of the property. We know apartment inventory can be tricky but Cynthia makes it look easy & ensures the process works for the tenant. Ever since moving in (July, 2019) I’ve had ZERO issues with management! Maintenance always takes care of my requests ASAP!!! And Cynthia Vega has help me so much since I’ve lived here! Since day one, she’s taken care of me! Today, Cynthia went out of her way and retrieved a package that had been delivered to the wrong apartment and notified me that the package is in safe hands! I’ve never met someone so compassionate and sincere! I’m so thankful! Parkside At town center is a great place to live! :)

I have lived here 15 and a half years and have seen the property sold at least 4 times. I find the staff to be very supportive and better than any I have seen, and I would like to see them stay here please. I am pleased with the management and the way we are treated. I am please with the maintenance team and how they respond when we need them. I am doing this survey to ask you to please keep the team we have on property because it has never been as nice as it is now. I am pleased with the renovations and i am pleased with the time frame in which the response to our needs. Last but not least, the manager is over and beyond with the help and response, we love her.

This team rocks! Cynthia, Krystin and Merical are the best. They’re prompt, courteous and efficient. My move in was seamless. They made what typically can be a very stressful process a little less tense. Thank you ladies for all you do.
